Amos pulled off 38 consecutive all in suck outs to take this one down and becomes the 5th person to win their first rocket attended this season!

Also, please note that the October Rocket has been scheduled for Friday, October 30th. Invitation to go out closer to the actual event.

AND it was also announced that there will be NO December Rocket. This year we will be holding the Grand Rocketeer in December. This means that you have exactly TWO (that's "2" for those of you with an abacus) more opportunities to get points to either get you into the Grand Rocketeer, or get you knocked out of the Grand Rocketeer.

Deal with it accordingly.

Chad won. Bryce was the only Council member at the final table. It was hot. Rocketdip was excellent. Cash game was as big as the final table. Good times were had.

Erik C. out lasted, out witted and outplayed all comers late Saturday night, his final victim being Safari, and his most vicious being Trav. John H. made Josh whine a bit, Mike B. made his farthest run at the final table yet (helped out by killing me on the river way too many times). Several of us learned RAZ and Omaha at the "cashless" game. More opportunities to suck, but at least the dip was delicious. Good times.
